1, Hard filler metal is that of melting point above 450℃. Soft filler metal is that of melting point below 450℃.
2, The heating time on the table is just for reference. It is relevant to welding environment, weld metal length, thermal conditions, and technical level of the operators.
3, When welding the metal with large diameter, wall thickness, or fast thermal conditions, in order to increase welding speed and get high-quality welded joints, the appropriate insulation measurement should be used(wrapped with insulation material, auxiliary heating , etc.). Meanwhile, please use MAPP torch RTM-2 produced by RTM® company. If necessary, using two torches, one is for temperature protection, the other is for welding.
